Free
Free has no limit on how much you save. You get the browser extension, the desktop app for Windows and Mac, and the web app, with lists, tables, the task board, the calendar, canvas views, topics, people and desktop task reminders.
The AI tidy-up isn’t part of Free. Your entries save exactly as you wrote them, and you can start the AI at any time with Pro.
Pro
Pro is £9.99 a month. On top of Free you get:
- The AI tidy-up. Every entry gets a title, a short summary, topics, people and a due date if it has one, with nothing to set up.
- AI search. Ask a question in normal words and get an answer with links to the entries it used.
- Your own statuses and labels. Name your statuses, pick their colours and choose which count as done. Rename projects, tasks and knowledge, and tell the AI what counts as work and what counts as personal.
- API access. Connect AI apps such as Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code with the MCP server, or your own tools with the API. See integrations.
- The Overdue filter, and due date colours on your task board.
The AI comes with a generous daily allowance for fair use, far more than a busy day of saving needs. The allowance has a spending limit as well as a number of uses, so a day of very long entries or very large searches can reach it sooner. If you ever go past it, everything you save is still kept, and the AI catches up the next day.
Anything you saved on Free is tidied up once Pro starts, trial included. It runs by itself, within the daily allowance.
Try Pro free for 30 days
Sign up free, then start the trial yourself in Settings, then Billing. You don’t need a card to start it. If you haven’t added one by the end of the 30 days, you go back to Free and keep everything you’ve saved.
